  • ๐Ÿข Available Spaces

    Available rental space varies based on your event timing. Day events (before 20:00) provide access to our main gallery area (39.14 sq.m). Evening events (20:00-0:00) include the gallery with optional coworking space (27.52 sq.m) available for additional rental. Night events (after 0:00) offer complete facility access for maximum flexibility and extended celebrations.

  • ๐Ÿ• Access for Residents

    Regular access hours are 12:00-22:00 Monday to Thursday, and 12:00-23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Extended hours available with prior arrangement.

  • ๐Ÿงน Cleanliness Requirement

    The space must be left in the same (or better, in terms of cleanliness) condition as you received it. This is a mandatory requirement! In case of contamination, an additional fee (up to 200000 SAT) may be charged for space cleaning.

  • ๐Ÿšญ Smoking Policy

    Smoke only in the smoking area on the stairs! Smoking inside the space is not allowed. Don't smoke grass by the entrance outside!

  • ๐Ÿง–โ€โ™‚๏ธ Sauna Usage

    When using the sauna, it is forbidden to pour water on the stones!

  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Damage Responsibility

    Responsibility for all items and equipment damaged during the event lies with the event organizer.

  • ๐Ÿšช Building Security

    Close the building entrance door when the event is over โ€” don't leave it open for the night.

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Left Items Policy

    Food items left in the space after the event become the property of the space!

  • ๐Ÿธ Missing Drinks Policy

    Any drinks taken from the fridge and not paid for are considered missing and are charged 2x the price provided in Lightning. Zolak Crypto bar is a non-profit project, and the costs of delivering a drink are not included in the Lightning price.

  • ๐Ÿ“… No reservation = No event

    All events must be booked in advance. Make sure to secure your booking through our official booking system.
