Welcome to ZOLAK — and thank you for choosing our micro art residence. The whole place is yours for the time you booked. Here is everything you need to make your event run smoothly.

Your booking

  • 🏠 The whole place is yours

    Every booking is the entire venue: the main gallery hall, the room with the work desks, the game console corner, the kitchen and the sauna. Day, evening or night, the price changes but the space never does: you never share it with anyone else.

  • 🔒 Private event = private house

    For the whole duration of a private event at ZOLAK, all resident access is suspended — residents do not come in and cannot use the space. Only your guests can open the downstairs entrance door. The venue is yours alone until your booking ends.

  • 👥 Capacity

    The space comfortably fits up to 50 people for an event. Planning something bigger? Write to us first and we will figure it out together.

  • 🛏️ Staying overnight

    There are sleeping places for up to 7 people. Let us know in advance if you need them and we will help set everything up.

  • 📅 No reservation = No event

    All events must be booked in advance. Pick your date and time at book.zolak.lt.

Using the space

  • 🎛️ Sound, light & projector

    The main hall has speakers, a projector, colour lighting and a smoke machine. If you are planning a concert, a party or anything else using sound and light, tell us in advance — we will show you how to run it, or bring extra equipment on request. Please don't try to reconfigure the complex gear (mixing desk, projector, light controllers) yourself; message us and we will help right away. When your event is over, switch everything off and leave it exactly as it was handed over.

  • 🍳 Kitchen

    The kitchen is fully equipped — dishes, glasses and all the utensils you need. Use it freely, but wash up after yourself and leave the kitchen clean.

  • 🧖‍♂️ Sauna & shower

    The sauna and the shower are yours to use. Never leave the sauna switched on unattended, and never pour water on the stones!

  • 🎨 There is art in the space

    The residence is full of artworks and decor — it is part of the ZOLAK atmosphere, not scenery. Please treat it with care: don't move it, don't handle it without need, don't use it for anything it wasn't made for. If something gets damaged or broken, tell us straight away and we will sort it out together.

  • 🚭 Smoking Policy

    Smoking is only allowed in the separate smoking room with the sofas, on the staircase. Smoking is not allowed anywhere else indoors, and please don't smoke by the entrance outside.

  • 📶 Wi-Fi

    Wi-Fi is open to all guests — no password needed.

  • 🍸 Missing Drinks Policy

    Any drinks taken from the fridge and not paid for are considered missing and are charged 2x the price provided in Lightning. Zolak Crypto bar is a non-profit project, and the costs of delivering a drink are not included in the Lightning price.

  • 🚪 The entrance door after midnight

    After midnight the downstairs entrance door to the building must stay closed. If you or your guests come in or go out after that time, make sure the door has clicked shut behind you, and close it when the event is over — don't leave it open for the night. This one matters for everyone's safety, please take it seriously.

Before you leave

  • 🧹 Keeping it tidy

    Please treat the space as your own and leave it tidy when you go — dishes in the sink washed, rubbish in the bin. That's all we ask. If the space is left needing a full clean, an extra cleaning fee (up to 200000 SAT) may apply.

  • 🔄 Leave it as you found it

    If you move things around for your event, make sure you return everything to its original place when the event is over — the space should look the way it did when you arrived.

  • 💰 Damage Responsibility

    Responsibility for all items and equipment damaged during the event lies with the event organizer.

  • 📦 Left Items Policy

    Food items left in the space after the event become the property of the space!
